卫生健康类高职院校产业学院治理机制构建探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Construction of the Governance Mechanism for Industrial Faculties in Health Vocational Colleges

产业学院高质量发展是高职院校“双高”建设的关键举措,以某卫生健康类高职院校的产业学院建设与发展实践为例,结合校情深入分析当前产业学院的发展现状和存在的问题,探索构建具有行业特点的高职院校产业学院的治理机制,基于组织生态学和利益相关者理论,提出了重构产业学院内部治理机制与外部动力循环机制两大组成部分的解决方案。

The high-quality development of industrial faculty is one of the key factors for the“double high”construction of vocational colleges.Based on the construction and development practice of the industrial faculty in a health vocational college,this paper deeply analyzed the current development situation and existing problems of industrial faculty according to the school situation,explored the construction of governance mechanism for industrial faculty in industry-characteristic vocational colleges,and then proposed a solution of reconstructing the internal governance mechanism of industrial faculty and the external driving force circulation mechanism based on organizational ecology and stakeholder theory.
