小针刀治疗在颈椎间盘突出症患者中的应用研究

Application of Small Needle Knife Treatment in Patients with Cervical Disc Herniation

分析小针刀治疗在颈椎间盘突出症患者中的临床效果。选择2021年3月—2021年12月六盘水市首钢水钢医院收治的80例颈椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用中医常规疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用小针刀治疗,对两组治疗效果、不良反应等指标进行比较。观察组颈椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组颈椎间盘突出症患者各项生活质量评分和疼痛评分、颈椎功能障碍评分改善幅度与对照组相比显著更优(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,小针刀在颈椎间盘突出症患者中具有良好的应用效果,能有效改善患者颈椎功能障碍和疼痛程度,且不会明显增加不良反应。

Analyze the clinical effect of small needle knife treatment in patients with cervical disc herniation.80 patients with cervical disc herniation admitted to Shuigang Hospital in Liupanshui City from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional traditional Chinese medicine therapy,while the observation group was treated with a small needle knife on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,adverse reactions,and other indicators were compared between the two groups.The excellent and good treatment rate of patients with cervical disc herniation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Moreover,the observation group showed significantly better improvement in various quality of life scores,pain scores,and cervical dysfunction scores compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Research has found that the small needle knife has a good application effect in patients with cervical disc herniation,which can effectively improve cervical dysfunction and pain level without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
