血清胱抑素C检验对高血压患者早期肾功能损害的诊断作用研究

Diagnostic Value of Serum Cystatin C Test for Early Renal Dysfunction in Hypertensive Patients

研究了血清胱抑素C检验对高血压患者早期肾功能损害的诊断作用的应用效果。选取西安工会医院2021年1月—2023年2月收取的78例高血压患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各39例。观察组为早期肾功能损害的高血压患者,对照组为体检正常的高血压患者。比较两组HTN患者的血清检查的指标、血清胱抑素C与病变的情况和患者对该项检查的满意度。研究发现,血清胱抑素C检验对高血压患者早期肾功能损害的检测结果正确率较高,可提前预防肾功能相关的疾病,值得推广和应用。

We studied the diagnostic effect of serum cystatin C test on early renal function impairment in hypertensive patients.Select 78 hypertensive patients collected from Xi’an Labor Union Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group consisted of hypertensive patients with early renal dysfunction,while the control group consisted of hypertensive patients with normal physical examination.Compare the serum test indicators,serum cystatin c levels,and pathological changes between two groups of HTN patients,as well as the patient’s satisfaction with the serum cystatin C test.Research has found that the accuracy of serum cystatin C test in detecting early renal function damage in hypertensive patients is high,which can prevent renal function related diseases in advance and is worth promoting and applying.
