早孕期超声筛查在胎儿结构畸形诊断中的应用

摘要 分析早孕期超声筛查在胎儿结构畸形诊断中的应用价值。选取2021年6月—2022年6月期间在滨海县妇幼保健和计划生育指导所接受产前超声检查的253例早孕期孕妇(253例胎儿),统计分析本组孕妇的超声检测结果,并与最终引产(分娩)结果进行对比。结果显示,本组共计筛查出6例胎儿结构畸形;超声检查显示胎儿结构畸形率为83.33%(5/6),漏诊率为16.67%(1/6);ROC分析表明,产前超声早孕期检查用于筛查胎儿结构畸形的灵敏度为91.98%、准确度为94.87%、特异度为89.88%、阴性预测值为93.84%、阳性预测值为92.75%。研究发现,早孕期超声筛查胎儿结构畸形具有较高的准确性、灵敏度,值得推广。 Analyze the application value of early pregnancy ultrasound screening in the diagnosis of fetal structural abnormalities.Select 253 early pregnancy pregnant women(253 fetuses)who underwent prenatal ultrasound examination at the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Guidance Center in Binhai County from June 2021 to June 2022,and analyze the ultrasound examination results of this group of pregnant women,and compare them with the fi nal induction(delivery)results.The results showed that a total of 6 cases of fetal structural abnormalities were screened in this group;Ultrasound examination showed that the rate of fetal structural abnormalities was 83.33%(5/6),and the missed diagnosis rate was 16.67%(1/6);ROC analysis showed that the sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,negative predictive value,and positive predictive value of prenatal ultrasound early pregnancy examination for screening fetal structural abnormalities were 91.98%,94.87%,89.88%,93.84%,and 92.75%,respectively.Research has found that early pregnancy ultrasound screening for fetal structural abnormalities has high accuracy and sensitivity,and is worth promoting.
