胬肉切除联合结膜瓣移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of Pterygium Excision Combined with Conjunctival Flap Transplantation in the Treatment of Primary Pterygium

探究胬肉切除联合结膜瓣移植治疗的实施价值,研究其在原发性翼状胬肉中的具体方法,并分析治疗后患者的泪膜功能、临床指标、视力水平和散光度、疾病复发率。2018年1月—2020年1月,选取100例符合纳入标准的原发性翼状胬肉患者为研究对象,并随机将其分为两组,各50例,研究组选择对胬肉切除+结膜瓣移植、对照组实施胬肉切除+丝裂霉素C,对数据进行统计学对比。研究组泪膜功能优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床指标均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组视力水平高于对照组,散光度低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);术前,两组结膜杯状细胞数量、OSDI对比(P>0.05);术后6周,研究组结膜杯状细胞数量高于对照组,OSDI低于对照组(P<0.05),提示两组数据差异对比有意义。研究发现,胬肉切除联合结膜瓣移植治疗可以帮助患者有效改善视力水平和散光度、泪膜功能,症状持续时间,对疾病复发抑制的效果好,可推广。

Analyze the implementation value of pterygium excision combined with conjunctival flap transplantation treatment,study its specific methods in primary pterygium,and analyze the tear film function,clinical indicators,visual acuity and astigmatism,and disease recurrence rate of patients after treatment.From January 2018 to January 2020,100 patients with primary pterygium who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The study group selected pterygium excision+conjunctival flap transplantation,and the control group implemented pterygium excision+mitomycin C,and the data were statistically compared.The tear film function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The clinical indicators of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The visual acuity level of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the astigmatism was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The disease recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Before operation,the number of conjunctival goblet cell and OSDI were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);Six weeks after operation,the number of conjunctival goblet cell in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the OSDI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the data difference between the two groups was significant .Research has found that pterygium excision combined with conjunctival flap transplantation can effectively improve patients’visual acuity,astigmatism,tear film function,symptom duration,and have a good effect on disease recurrence inhibition,which can be promoted.
