紫虎油配合凝胶垫预防脊柱俯卧位术中压力性损伤的应用研究

The Application of Purple Tiger Oil Combined with Gel Pad to Prevent Pressure Injury during Spinal Surgery in Prone Position

观察紫虎油配合凝胶垫在预防脊柱俯卧位术中压力性损伤的应用表现。自黔南州中医医院2021年10月—2022年6月间收治的脊柱俯卧位术患者中选取100例预计手术时间超过3h的患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组采用紫虎油配合凝胶垫对患者实施保护干预,对照组采用石蜡油配合凝胶垫对患者实施保护干预。观察并对比两组患者的临床干预效果表现。两组患者在一般资料上无明显差异,且患者的俯卧位时间与手术时间均无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的压力性损伤总发生率较对照组更低,且患者手术的Braden压力性损伤评分与满意度评价均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将紫虎油配合凝胶垫应用于预防脊柱俯卧位术中压力性损伤中,可有效改善压力性损伤的严重程度与发生情况,为患者提供较石蜡油更加理想的防护效果。

To observe the application of purple tiger oil combined with gel pad in the prevention of pressure injury during spine prone position surgery.From October 2021 to June 2022,100 patients with spinal prone position surgery who were admitted to Qiannan Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group used purple tiger oil with gel pad to implement protective intervention on patients,and the control group used paraffin oil with gel pad to implement protective intervention on patients.Observe and compare the clinical intervention effects of two groups of patients.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups of patients,and there was no significant difference in the patient’s prone position time and surgical time(P>0.05);The total incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Braden pressure injury score and satisfaction evaluation of patients undergoing surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The application of purple tiger oil and gel pad in the prevention of pressure injury during spine prone operation can effectively improve the severity and occurrence of pressure injury,and provide patients with more ideal protective effect than paraffin oil.
