摘要
本文以乡村振兴战略为契机,根据养老行业存在的人才缺乏问题,从人才培养角度进行研究,分析养老服务机构管理人员现状、养老服务人员现状和各高校对养老人才的培养现状等方面,发现其中的问题,提出通过健全政策体系、增加财政投入、完善立法工作等政策措施,让农村老年人得以幸福地享受晚年生活。
This article takes the rural revitalization strategy as an opportunity to study the talent shortage problem in the elderly care industry from the perspective of talent cultivation.It analyzes the current situation of management personnel in elderly care service institutions,elderly care service personnel,and the training status of elderly care talents in various universities.Through policy measures such as improving the policy system,increasing financial investment,and improving legislative work,rural elderly people can happily enjoy their later years.
