职业本科教育:发展逻辑、基本特征与实现路径

摘要 发展职业本科教育既满足经济社会发展对高层次技术技能人才的现实需求,也契合社会大众对更优质教育与终身教育的执着追求;既是深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的必然选择,更是国家提供法律保障和发展空间的必然趋势。稳步发展职业本科教育找准定位是关键,需要彰显职业本科教育的类型性、明确职业本科教育的职业性、体现人才培养目标的高等性。发展职业本科教育,要处理好规模与结构的关系,促进纵向贯通和普职融通。实现职业本科教育稳步高质量发展,需要调动“双高计划”学校成为建设主力军,实行“双主体”育人模式、行业企业积极参与,以优质生源为保障、贯通融合培养,健全、完善职业本科教育质量保证体系。 Developing vocational undergraduate education not only meets the practical needs of economic and social development for high-level technical and skilled talents,but also conforms to the persistent pursuit of higher quality education and lifelong education by the general public.It is not only an inevitable choice to deepen the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system,but also an inevitable trend for the state to provide legal protection and development space.The key to steadily developing vocational undergraduate education is to find a correct positioning,which requires highlighting the type of vocational undergraduate education,clarifying the professionalism of vocational undergraduate education,and reflecting the higher level of talent cultivation goals.To develop vocational undergraduate education,it is necessary to handle the relationship between scale and structure,and promote vertical integration and general vocational integration.To achieve steady and high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education,it is necessary to mobilize the"Double High Plan"schools to become the main force of construction,implement the"Double Main Body"education model,all lines and enterprises should actively participate,ensure high-quality student sources,integrate and cultivate,and improve the quality assurance system of vocational undergraduate education.
