高校商科专业法学课程思政建设的困境与路径

摘要 法学课程是商科人才培养过程中不可缺少的教学内容,法学课程有其独有的专业特点,通过专业知识和课程思政建设的相辅相成,能够较好地培养出德才兼备的商科应用型人才。但是目前针对商科学生的法学课程思政建设普遍存在着思政目标不清晰、内容挖掘不深入、考核方式不完整、整体效果不理想等困境。研究提出,学校和教师应当系统化规划思政教育目标,提高教师的思政素养,创新教学模式,全方位挖掘思政内容,跟进考核方法等方式推进针对高校商科学生法学课程思政教育的高质量发展,培养有正确世界观、人生观、价值观的优秀商科人才。 The law course is an indispensable teaching content in the process of cultivating business talents.The law course has its unique professional characteristics,and through the complementarity of professional knowledge and ideological and political construction of the course,it can better cultivate business applied talents with both morality and talent.However,currently,there are common difficulties in the ideological and political construction of law courses for business students,such as unclear ideological and political goals,insufficient content mining,incomplete assessment methods,and unsatisfactory overall results.The study proposes that schools and teachers should systematically plan the goals of ideological and political education,improve teachers'own ideological and political literacy,innovate teaching models,comprehensively explore ideological and political content,follow up assessment methods.It aims to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in law courses for business students in colleges and universities,and cultivate excellent business talents with correct worldviews,outlooks on life and values.
