新时代高职院校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的历史使命,要坚持正确办学方向,扎实做好立德树人根本任务,不断深化党建对各项工作的全面领导。本文从党建统领思想政治工作融合机制建设的必要性入手,围绕培根铸魂、课程思政、“五育并举”、队伍建设等多个方面深入探究,推动构建高职院校党建统领思想政治工作融合机制,推进落实立德树人根本任务,开辟学校党建和思想政治工作新局面,实现党建和育人水平“双提升”。
