摘要
在前沿技术创新空前繁荣的新时代,传统创新生态系统难以适应高时效性、强渗透性、广覆盖性的数字经济形态要求。文章结合加强关键技术攻关、快速实现技术成果推广应用以赋能经济社会全面提质升级的实际需求,有机整合创新理论、生态学理论及结构分析理论相关原理,提出构建基于底层技术、公共平台、龙头企业等关键要素的场景驱动创新生态系统,在分析其理论逻辑与基本构成的基础上,进一步剖析三种要素的内涵界定与作用机理,从而探究场景驱动创新生态系统的运行机制。最后,提出构建场景驱动创新生态系统的路径建议,力求充分提升创新生态系统活力,为经济社会全面发展积蓄动能。
In the new era of unprecedented prosperity in cutting-edge technological innovation,traditional innovation ecosystems are difficult to adapt to the requirements of a digital economy with high timeliness,strong permeability,and wide coverage.The article combines the practical needs of strengthening key technology research and rapidly promoting the application of technological achievements to empower the comprehensive improvement and upgrading of the economy and society,and organically integrates the principles of innovation theory,ecological theory,and structural analysis theory,it proposes to build a scenario driven innovation ecosystem based on key elements such as underlying technology,public platforms,and leading enterprises,on the basis of analyzing its theoretical logic and basic composition,the article further analyzes the connotation definition and mechanism of the three elements,in order to explore the operational mechanism of scenario driven innovation ecosystem.Finally,propose path suggestions for building a scenario driven innovation ecosystem,striving to fully enhance the vitality of the innovation ecosystem and accumulate momentum for the comprehensive development of the economy and society.
