气候变化带给人类的挑战错综复杂、影响深远。进入21世纪,气候变化的不利影响日益显现,全球一起行动的紧迫性持续上升。在构建人与自然生命共同体的道路上,中国将应对气候变化转化为高质量发展机遇,积极探索符合国情、因地制宜的绿色发展道路,不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。在全球气候治理舞台上奋发有为的中国,同其他国家一道开启了应对气候变化新征程。党的二十大报告指出,“积极参与应对气候变化全球治理”“加强国际传播能力建设,全面提升国际传播效能,形成同我国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的国际话语权。”讲好中国应对气候变化故事,彰显中国之路、中国之治、中国之理,发挥哲学社会科学在融通中外文化、增进文明交流中的独特作用,能使世界从“积极参与应对气候变化全球治理”这扇窗口更好地读懂中国,从而营造出良好的国际舆论环境。

The challenges posed by climate change are complex and far-reaching.In the 21st century,the adverse effects of climate change are increasingly apparent,and the urgency for concerted global action continues to rise.On the road to building a community of life between man and nature,China has turned the response to climate change into an opportunity for high-quality development,actively explored a green development path suited to national conditions and local conditions,and continuously met the growing needs of its people for a better life.China,which has made great efforts in global climate governance,has embarked on a new journey together with other countries to address climate change.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“actively participate in the global governance of climate change”and“strengthen the construction of international communication capacity,comprehensively improve the effectiveness of international communication,and form an international discourse power that matches China's comprehensive national strength and international status.”By telling the story of China's response to climate change well,highlighting China's road,China's governance,and China's principles,and giving play to the unique role of philosophy and social sciences in integrating Chinese and foreign cultures and enhancing cultural exchanges,the world can better understand China through the window of“actively participating in global governance to address climate change”,thus creating a favorable environment for international public opinion.
