摘要
为了解决空轨集疏运系统自动化控制流程中的空轨行车控制问题以及空轨车与自动导向运输车(automated guided vehicle,AGV)自动装卸箱的问题,文章提出一种空轨集疏运系统运控技术模块化设计方法。首先,其通过独立模块对接相应外部系统的信息处理流程,保证各模块业务信息处理流程清晰;其次,其通过公共资源管理模块,统一集中处理共享信息,保证了共享信息的全局可见性。现场测试结果显示,采用此项运控技术的空轨集疏运系统已通过全长655 m示范线、为期3个月的试运行考核,运单执行全自动完成率不低于98%,这表明,该方案可以解决空轨车自动行车控制和自动装卸箱两大核心问题。目前,采用本方案的空轨集疏运系统顺利进入了正式运营阶段。
This paper proposes an operation control technology based on modular design,to address challenges involved in the train operation control and automatic loading or unloading between sky trains and the automated guided vehicles(AGVs)in the automatic control process of air rail collection and distribution systems.An information processing mechanism is created with independent modules connected to the corresponding external systems,to ensure a clear business information processing flow for each module.Shared information is processed in a unified and centralized manner through a common resource management module,allowing for the global visibility of the shared information.The proposed technology for operation control has been applied in a 655-meter-long demonstration line and underwent a three-month operational test.The system achieved a full-automatic fulfillment rate of waybills not less than 98%.The application results indicate the proposed technology can resolve the two core issues of air rails,including automatic operation control and automatic loading and unloading.The air rail collection and distribution system equipped with this technological solution has been operated smoothly in its official operation stage.
