摘要
以分离异丙醇-水混合物的热泵辅助共沸精馏构型为研究对象,基于动态过程数据,构建复杂网络拓扑结构,在UCINET软件中构建有向网络关联模型,计算系统中心特性值。通过逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对网络节点进行综合评估,获取不同变量的重要性指数,并利用动态模拟软件评估了改进系统的控制性能,研究结果可为新工艺全流程控制提供技术支持。
Taking the configuration of heat pump assisted azeotropic distillation for separating isopropanol water mixture as the research object,based on the dynamic process data,a complex network topology was constructed,and a directed network association model was constructed in UCINET software to calculate the central characteristic value of the system.The importance index of different variables was obtained by TOPSIS,and the control performance of the improved system was evaluated by dynamic simulation software.The research results can provide technical support for the whole flow control of the new process.
