摘要
某汽轮机调节汽阀重复发生故障,影响到了汽轮机及驱动离心压缩机的安全、可靠运行。从调节汽阀运行、结构等方面对故障原因进行分析,提出了改进设计方案并予以实施应用,实现了机组长周期运行。改进方案可供类似汽轮机调节汽阀可靠性提升参考借鉴。
The repeated failure of a steam turbine regulating valve has affected the safe and reliable operation of the turbine and the driving centrifugal compressor.The reasons for the failure were analyzed from the aspects of regulating steam valve operation and structure,and the improved design scheme was put forward and applied to realize the long cycle operation of the unit.The improved scheme can be used for reference to improve the reliability of similar steam turbine regulating valve.
