生物型除臭剂对猪舍氨气浓度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为降低猪舍内氨气浓度,该研究使用生物型除臭剂在山东潍坊市一典型聚落化猪场进行粪沟除臭剂喷洒试验,并连续监测猪舍氨气浓度变化,为猪舍臭气治理问题提供参考。结果表明,生物除臭剂A对猪舍粪沟4个位置的氨气平均去除率分别为71.12%、64.78%、71.44%和64.30%,风机口处氨气平均浓度降低65.59%;效果稳定时间为5~8 d;生物除臭剂B对猪舍粪沟4个位置的氨气平均去除率分别为75.60%、76.90%、74.42%、84.87%,风机口处氨气平均浓度降低77.53%,效果稳定时间为8~11 d。试验表明,粪沟喷洒除臭剂工艺可有效降低粪沟氨气浓度64%以上,减少风机端排出氨气浓度65%以上。 To reduce the ammonia concentration in pig house,this study conducted a fecal ditch deodorant spraying test with biological deodorant in a typical pig farm in Weifang City,Shandong Province,and continuously monitored the changes of ammonia concentration,so as to provide reference for the odor control of pig house.The results showed that the average removal rate of biological deodorant A to ammonia at four locations of manure ditches in pig house were 71.12%,64.78%,71.44%and 64.30%,respectively,and the average concentration of ammonia at the fan outlet was reduced by 65.59%,the effect lasted for 5~8 days.The average removal rates of biological deodorant B to ammonia at the four locations of manure ditched were 75.60%,76.90%,74.42%and 84.87%,respectively,and the average concentration of ammonia at the fan outlet was reduced by 77.53%,the effect lasted for 8~11 days.The test shows that the process of spraying deodorant in the dung ditch can effectively reduce the ammonia concentration in the dung ditch by more than 64%and the ammonia concentration discharged from the fan end by more than 65%.
