医养结合型养老护理员照护负担与社会支持的相关性

Correlation between care burden and social support of nursing staff in the type of integrated medical and elderly care

目的:了解医养结合型养老护理员照护负担水平和社会支持状况,分析二者的相关性,为稳定医养结合型养老护理员队伍和提升照护质量提供参考依据。方法:2021年8月—2021年11月,便利抽样选择在广西14家三级及以上医养结合机构269名医养结合型养老护理员为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、照护者负担量表及社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果:医养结合型养老护理员照护负担总分为(41.83±10.52)分,90.3%的照护者存在照护负担;社会支持总分为(38.86±9.03)分,社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持、支持的利用度均与照护负担总分、个人负担及角色负担呈负相关。结论:医养结合型养老护理员有不同程度的照护负担,社会支持为中等水平,照护负担与社会支持呈负相关,即社会支持水平的提升有利于减轻照护负担。

Objective:To understand the level of care burden and social support of the elderly care nursing staffin type of integrated medical and elderly care,analyze the correlations to provide a reference for stabilizing the team of nursing staff and improving the quality of care.Methods:From August 2021 to November 2021,a total of 269 elderly carenursing staffin type of integrated medical and elderly care from 14 third-level and above integrated medical and elderly care institutions in Guangxi were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling.The general information questionnaire,Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview(ZBI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used for investigation.Results:The total score of ZBI of the integrated medical and elderly care nursing staff was(41.83±10.52),90.3%of caregivers measured having a caregiving burder and the total score of SSRS was(38.86±9.03).The total score of social support,objective support,subjective support,and utilization of support were all negatively correlated with the total score of care,personal,and role burdens.Conclusions:Nursing staff in the integrated medical and elderly has different levels of care burden,and their social support is moderate.The care burden is negatively correlated with social support,which shows that the increase in social support is conducive to reducing the care burden.
