基于数据挖掘的《医方考》治疗痘证用药规律研究

Study on the Medication Law for the Treatment of Pox Rash in Yi Fang Kao Based on Data Mining

目的探讨《医方考》治疗痘证处方用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法收集《医方考》治疗痘证的方剂并进行筛选,采用Excel2019软件建立数据库,采用古今医案云平台(V2.4.3)纳入处方进行药物、性味、归经、功效频次统计,进行关联规则、聚类、复杂网络分析,探究其用药规律。结果经筛选,纳入52首处方,包含药物102味,总用药频次323次。高频药物有甘草(29次)、当归(19次)、人参(15次)、白芍(13次)、川芎(11次)等,药性以温性(90次)为主,药味以甘、辛味(均为150次)为主,多归于脾经(166次)、肺经(157次),功效类别主要为清热药、补虚药等。高频药物组合有人参-甘草(14次)、川芎-当归(11次)等,高频药物聚类分析得到3个聚类组合。结论《医方考》治疗痘证多选用辛甘温且归脾经、肺经的清热解毒、补脾益气之品,清除热毒的同时益气滋补。

Objective To exploring the medication law in the treatment of pox rash in Yi Fang Kao;To provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The prescriptions for the treatment of pox rash from Yi Fang Kao were collected and screened,and the Excel 2019 software was used to establish a database.The ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.4.3)was used to incorporate the prescriptions for drug frequency statistics,properties and tastes,meridians tropism,efficacy,association rules,clustering,and complex network analysis to explore the medication law.Results After screening,52 prescriptions containing 102 kinds of Chinese materia medica were included,with a total drug frequency of 323 times.The high-frequency drugs included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(29 times),Angelicae Sinensis Radix(19 times),Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma(15 times),Paeoniae Radix alba(13 times),and Chuanxiaong Rhizoma(11 times),etc.;the medicinal property was mainly warm(90 times),and the medicinal tastes were mainly sweet and pungent(both 150 times),mostly attributed to the spleen meridian(166 times)and lung meridian(157 times),and the efficacy categories were mainly heat-clearing drugs and deficiency tonics.The high-frequency drug combinations were Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(14 times),Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix(11 times),etc.The high-frequency drug clustering analysis yielded three clustering combinations.Conclusion In the treatment of pox rash in Yi Fang Kao,most of the drugs used are pungent,sweet,warm and attributed to the spleen and lung meridians to clear heat and detoxify the toxins,tonify the spleen and the qi,and clear heat and detoxify while tonifying qi and nourishing.
