基于数据挖掘的《叶氏女科证治》辨证用药规律研究

摘要 目的分析《叶氏女科证治》用药规律,为相关研究及临床提供参考。方法收集《叶氏女科证治》调经、安胎、保产及求嗣相关内容,采用Excel2019建立症-证-药数据库,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 26软件进行频次分析、聚类分析和关联分析。结果《叶氏女科证治》涉及处方763首,药物305味,总用药频次5478次。最常用的药物为当归、白芍和川芎;高频药物网络链接数最高的为“当归-川芎”(链接数264);高频药物可聚为4类,其中当归与川芎距离最近;分析前项为单味药、2味药和3味药分别得到11、12、12条关联规则,高频关联规则有“山萸肉→熟地黄”、“黄芪-陈皮→白术”和“黄芪-白术-白芍→人参”等。证→药和症→药关联分析各得到10、11条关联规则。结论《叶氏女科证治》用药以补虚类药物为主,随证辅以健脾、行气、燥湿利水药物。 Objective To analyze the medication law of Ye Shi Nyu Ke Zheng Zhi;To provide reference for related research and clinical practice.Methods The contents related to regulating menstruation,securing fetus,protecting delivery,seeking offspring and preserving infant in Ye Shi Nyu Ke Zheng Zhi were collected.A symptoms–syndrome–medicine database was established by using Excel 2019.Frequency analysis,clustering analysis and association analysis were performed by using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.Results A total of 763 prescriptions were involved in Ye Shi Nyu Ke Zheng Zhi,including 305 kinds of Chinese materia medica,and with a total of 5478 times of medication frequency.The most commonly used medicines were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba and Chuanxiong Rhizoma;the highest network link number of high-frequency medicines was“Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma”(link number 264);high-frequency medicines could be clustered into four categories,among which Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma had the closest distance;11,12 and 12 association rules were obtained respectively when analyzing single-herb medicine,two-herb medicine and three-herb medicine as antecedents;high-frequency association rules included“Corni Fructus→Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata”,“Astragali Radix and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium→Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma”and“Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba→Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma”,etc.10 and 11 association rules were obtained respectively for syndrome→medicine and symptom→medicine association analysis.Conclusion It is found that its medication is mainly based on tonifying deficiency medicines,supplemented by medicines with functions such as invigorating spleen,promoting qi flow,drying dampness and diuresis according to syndromes.
