中医经典等级考试背景下《伤寒论》课程教学改革思路探讨

Discussion on Teaching Reform Ideas of the Course of Shang Han Lun under the Background of TCM Classic Grade Examination

中医药院校专业培养目前普遍存在以下问题:学生缺乏中医思维、辨证论治水平较低、难以运用中医思维解决临床实际问题,究其原因可能是中医药院校在经典课程如《伤寒论》教学时缺乏有效手段。随着中医经典等级考试的开展和逐渐完善,国家对中医经典课程愈加重视,而传统教学模式在适应新时代教学环境时尚待完善。本文以此为切入点,提出中医经典等级考试背景下《伤寒论》教学改进方法:在理解基础上注重原文背诵,夯实基础;重视中医基础课程与经典课程衔接和结合,开展整合式教学;梳理与其他中医经典在知识结构方面的联系,注重理论互参;引导学生博览群家,注重病案学习。以期提高教学质量及应试效果。

At present,there are the following problems in the professional training of TCM colleges and universities:students lack the TCM thinking,the level of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is low,and it is difficult to use the TCM thinking to solve clinical practical problems.The reason may be that the TCM colleges and universities lack effective means in the teaching of classic courses such as Shang Han Lun.With the development and gradual improvement of the TCM grade examination,China has paid more attention to the TCM classic courses,while the traditional teaching mode needs to be improved in order to adapt to the teaching environment of the new era.This article took this as the starting point,and put forward the teaching improvement method of Shang Han Lun under the background of TCM classic grade examination:On the basis of understanding,paying attention to recitation of the original text and laying a solid foundation;attaching importance to the connection and combination of basic courses of TCM and classic courses,and carrying out integrated teaching;sorting out the relationship with other TCM classics in terms of knowledge structure,and focusing on theoretical mutual participation;guiding students to explore the family and emphasizing the study of medical records,in order to improve the teaching quality and the effect of examination.
