千金苇茎汤在肺系疾病中的临床应用及药理机制研究进展

Research Progress of Clinical Application and Pharmacological Mechanism of Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the Treatment of Pulmonary Diseases

千金苇茎汤原方主治肺痈,后世医家基于中医辨证论治和现代药理学研究,已将千金苇茎汤广泛应用于肺炎、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺源性心脏病及肺癌等多种肺系疾病中。近年来,千金苇茎汤治疗肺系疾病相关药理机制研究不断延伸,方中单味药的药理活性成分研究亦不断深化。本文从千金苇茎汤治疗肺系疾病的临床应用、相关药理机制及药理活性成分3个方面梳理相关研究近况,为其临床应用和后续深入研究提供参考。

Qianjin Weijing Decoction was originally used to treat lung carbuncle.Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and modern pharmacological researches,Qianjin Weijing Decoction has been widely used in pneumonia,chronic bronchitis,bronchial asthma,bronchiectasis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary heart disease,lung cancer and other pulmonary diseases by later doctors.In recent years,the researches on the pharmacological mechanism of Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary diseases have been continuously extended,and the studies on the pharmacological active components of the single drug in this prescription have also been deepened.This article reviewed the recent research progress of Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary diseases from three aspects:clinical application,related pharmacological mechanism and pharmacological active components,so as to provide reference for its clinical application and subsequent indepth research.
