公共图书馆在乡村家庭教育中的服务路径探析——以湖北省图书馆“相约乡读”家庭阅读推广项目为例

Exploring the Service Path of Public Libraries in Rural family Education:The Hubei Provincial Library’s“Meet and Read in the Countryside”Family Reading Promotion Project as an Example

党和国家高度重视家庭教育工作,习近平总书记发表了系列关于注重家庭家教家风建设的重要论述,《家庭教育促进法》等政策法规相继颁布实施,全社会对家庭教育的关注度和重视程度越来越高。在新的时代背景下,公共图书馆一直在家庭教育的服务供给和指导支持等方面寻求作为,尤其是在教育资源相对匮乏、家庭教育指导能力偏弱的乡村地区。本文通过对湖北省图书馆“相约乡读”项目进行分析发现,公共图书馆可通过扩大社会化合作,培育家校社阅读推广志愿者,创建富有图书馆特色的家庭教育指导服务模式,帮助构建家庭教育社会支持网络。

The Communist Party of China(CPC)and the nation attach great importance to family education,and General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on the significance of family education and family ethics.A series of policies and regulations such as Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China have been promulgated and implemented,and society as a whole is paying more and more attention to family education.In this new context,public libraries have been seeking to provide services and guidance support for family education,especially in rural areas where educational resources are relatively scarce and family education guidance is weak.This paper presents a case study of the Hubei Provincial Library’s“Meet and Read in the Countryside”project,and finds that public libraries can help build a growing social support network for family education by expanding social cooperation,cultivating volunteers to promote reading in homeschools and communities,and creating family education guidance services with library-like characteristics.
