The advancement and expansion of digital technology have facilitated the enhancement and extension of surveillance capabilities.Commercial surveillance has taken advantage of this trend,exerting a profound impact on social life.From a cultural logic perspective,commercial surveillance is embedded in people's daily lives,satisfying their needs in predetermined ways while transforming surveillance into a popular form of self-quantification.However,this has led to issues such as regulating people's data sharing behavior,a lack of empathy in data collection and usage,and the creation of social punishments."The reason for this is that the desire created by the landscape society after the generalization of commercial surveillance dominates people's thoughts and lives.People can face the uncertainty in their lives at the cognitive level,reduce their dependence on algorithms at the behavioral level,and limit the possible control of commercial surveillance on society through legislative measures from relevant institutions and supervision from multiple social forces.
