我国交叉性金融业务的风险监管与防控

Risk Supervision and Prevention of Cross Financial Business in China

交叉性金融业务作为综合经营背景下的创新产物,在丰富产品种类、满足多样化投资需求等方面发挥了重要作用,但同时也增加了交叉性金融风险与系统性风险爆发的可能性。《党和国家机构改革方案》的落地实施进一步证明加快我国金融管理体制改革、防范化解重大风险的重要性。因此,深入剖析我国交叉性金融业务的运作模式及潜在风险具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文归纳了交叉性金融业务的发展历程与运作模式,从业务模式、业务主体、监管框架及法律规章等角度重点分析了当前我国交叉性金融业务监管的不足之处,并基于此提出风险监管与防控的政策建议。

As an innovative product under the background of comprehensive operation,cross financial busi-ness has played an important role in enriching product categories and satisfying diversified investment need.How-ever,it also increases the possibility of the outbreak of cross financial risks and systemic risks at the same time.The implementation of the“Party and State Institutional Reform Program”further proves the importance of accel-erating the reform of China's financial management system and preventing and resolving major risks.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply analyze the operation mode and potential risks of cross fi-nancial business in China.This paper summarizes the development history and operation mode of cross financial business,analyzes the shortcomings of the current supervision of cross financial business in China from the per-spectives of business model,business entities,regulatory framework and legal regulations,and on this basis,it puts forward policy suggestions for risk supervision and prevention.
