“宜荆荆恩”城市群产业协同发展研究

Industrial Synergistic Development of Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi Urban

以“宜荆荆恩”城市群作为研究对象,借助2017—2021年相关产业数据,基于三次产业子系统,通过构建子系统有序度模型和复合系统协同度模型对“宜荆荆恩”城市群产业协同发展程度进行测度分析。结果表明:这一时期该城市群产业子系统有序度与产业复合系统协同度在整体上均呈现上升趋势,趋向于良性发展,但存在波动性且协同度水平较低,尚处于成长阶段。从关注重要影响因素,提升各产业子系统有序度;深化分工与协作,削弱障碍与壁垒;提升产业能级,重视可持续性发展等方面提出了对策建议,以促进区域内产业协同发展。

This study examines the level of industrial synergy in the"Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi"urban agglomeration,which encompasses the cities of Yichang,Jingzhou,Jingmen,and Enshi.Using data from 2017 to 2021 and based on the subsystems of the three industries,we construct models to measure the level of order and the degree of synergy for the composite system.Our findings indicate that the level of order for the industrial subsystems and the degree of synergy for the composite system have both steadily increased during this period,indicating promising growth.Despite the upward trend,however,there are still fluctuations in the data,and the level of synergy remains relatively low,highlighting the need for continued development.To promote the industrial synergy in the region,we suggest strategies such as improving each industrial subsystem's level of order,deepening division of labor and promoting collaboration,weakening obstacles and barriers,and prioritizing sustainable development.
