摘要 雄激素性脱发(AGA)是一种始于青春期或青春后期的非瘢痕性、进行性毛囊微型化的疾病。目前病因及发病机制主要与遗传因素和雄激素密切相关,但具体发病机制尚不完全清楚,已有研究表明AGA的发病涉及多条信号传导通路,这些信号传导通路包括经典的Wnt/β-catenin信号传导通路、TGF-β/Bmp信号传导通路、shh信号传导通路以及近年来比较前沿的HGF/c-met信号传导通路、Notch信号传导通路等。这些信号传导通路均参与了AGA的发病机制,为AGA发病机制的进一步研究奠定了基础,并拓展了思路。 Androgenetic alopecia is a non-scarring,progressive hair follicle miniaturization disorder that begins in adolescence or late adolescence.Its pathogenic factors and pathogenesis are mainly closely related to ge⁃netic factors and androgens,but the specific pathogenesis is not completely clear.Previous studies have shown that the pathogenesis of AGA involves multiple signal transduction pathways,including the classic Wnt/β-Catenin signal path,TGF-β/Bmp signal path,shh signal path,HGF/c-met signal path,Notch signal path,etc.These signal pathways are involved in the pathogenesis of AGA,laying a foundation for further research on the pathogene⁃sis of AGA,and expanding new ideas.
