密度和行距配置对毛白杨非结构性碳水化合物的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究非结构性碳水化合物在毛白杨(Populus tomentosa)苗木内的分配规律,提高毛白杨造林效果,以毛白杨新品种‘北林雄株1号’苗木为试验材料,采用双因素完全随机区组设计,设置高(50000株/hm^(2),A_(1))、中(41667株/hm^(2),A_(2))和低(31250株/hm^(2),A_(3))3种育苗密度和3种行距配置(行状配置B_(1):行距0.8 m+0.8 m、带状配置B_(2):窄行距0.6 m+宽行距1.0m和带状配置B_(3):窄行距0.4 m+宽行距1.2 m),分析育苗密度和行距配置对毛白杨体内非结构性碳水化合物含量和分配的影响。结果表明,低密度带状配置1(A_(3)B_(2))和低密度带状配置2(A_(3)B_(3))条件下,苗木的非结构性碳水化合物含量较理想,A_(3)B_(2)的茎、根非结构性碳水化合物含量分别为55.51和121.24 mg/g,A_(3)B_(3)的茎、根非结构性碳水化合物含量分别为89.12和110.19 mg/g。不同器官中的非结构性碳水化合物含量差异显著;可溶性糖含量占干重比表现为根>叶>茎;淀粉含量占干重比表现为根>茎>叶;非结构性碳水化合物含量占干重比表现为根>茎>叶。密度和行距配置显著影响毛白杨叶、茎和根的非结构性碳水化合物含量,且毛白杨苗木根系可储存较多的非结构性碳水化合物。 In order to explore distribution rules of non-structural carbohydrates in Populus tomentosa seedlings and improve afforestation effects,taking new variety'Beilin Male No.1'as material,three seedling densities in⁃cluding A_(1)with 50000 plant/hm^(2),A_(2)with 41667 plant/hm^(2)and A_(3)with 31250 plant/hm^(2),and three row spac⁃ing including uniform row B_(1)(row spacing 0.8 m+0.8 m),narrow-wide row B_(2)(row spacing 0.6 m+1.0 m)and narrow-wide row B_(3)(row spacing 0.4 m+1.2 m)were designed by two factor randomized block design.Effects of seedling density and row spacing on contents and distributions of non-structural carbohydrates were ana⁃lyzed.Results showed that contents of non-structural carbohydrates in seedlings of A_(3)B_(2)and A_(3)B_(3)were ideal.Contents of non-structural carbohydrates in stem and root of A_(3)B_(2)were 55.51 and 121.24 mg/g,respectively.Contents of non-structural carbohydrates in stem and root of A_(3)B_(3)were 89.12 and 110.19 mg/g,respectively.There were significant differences among contents of non-structural carbohydrates in different organs.The or⁃der of proportion of soluble sugar content in dry weight was root>leaf>stem.The order of proportion of starch content in dry weight was root>stem>leaf.The order of propotion of non-structural carbohydrate content was root>stem>leaf.Density and row spacing significantly affected contents of non-structural carbohydrates in leaves,stems and roots of P.tomentosa,and roots of P.tomentosa seedlings could store more non-structural car⁃bohydrates than leaves and stems.
