线性加权和法下工业热能企业节能产业链与资金链协同度评价

Evaluation of Synergy between Energy Saving Industrial Chain and Capital Chain of IndustrialThermal Energy Enterprises Based on Linear Weighted Sum Method

摘要 工业热能企业节能产业链与资金链协同度评价过程中未考虑评价指标的权值,导致协同度评价准确度较低,为此基于线性加权和法设计节能产业链与资金链协同度评价方法。按照创新活动和资金投入的时间逻辑顺序,结合节能产业链和资金链的结构特征建立协同度评价指标体系,利用线性加权和方法,建立了一个综合体系的综合协调评价模型,并对其进行了评估。选取两个工业热能企业为实验对象,实验结果显示,对象1节能产业链与资金链的协同度整体上均处于不协同状态,且实验结果与实际情况相符,说明该方法的评价结果较为准确。 In the process of evaluating the synergy between energy-saving industrial chain and capital chain of industrial thermal energy enterprises,the weight of evaluation index is not considered,resulting in low accuracy of synergy evaluation.Therefore,the synergy evaluation method of energy-saving industrial chain and capital chain is designed based on linear weighted sum method.According to the time logic sequence of innovation activities and capital investment,combined with the structural characteristics of energy-saving industry chain and capital chain,the synergy evaluation index system is established.Using the linear weighted sum method,a comprehensive coordination evaluation model of the comprehensive system is established and evaluated.Two industrial thermal energy enterprises are selected as the experimental objects.The experimental results show that the synergy between the energy-saving industrial chain and the capital chain of object 1 is in a non synergistic state as a whole,and the experimental results are consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the evaluation results of this method are more accurate.
