摘要
为提升箱式工业电阻炉加热的多流制牵引供电系统供电性能、减少电炉电压波动和负荷电压最大跌落值,提出箱式工业电阻炉加热的多流制牵引供电系统稳压方法。将大量直流电压并联运行,将其导向牵引负荷供电,在此基础上保持直流电压的稳定性,通过下垂实现电流环路的抑制,将电压补偿引入传统下垂控制中,防止电阻炉电压跌落;使用模块化多电平矩阵变换器FFTS专有“储能”特点,建立FFTS直流回路模型,通过直流电压波动抑制原理抑制直流电压波动,实现多流制牵引供电系统稳压运行。经实验验证,该方法能有效减少工业电炉燃烧电压不稳状态,提升供电系统供电性能;减小系统电压波动以及负荷电压的最大跌落值。
In order to improve the power supply performance of multi flow traction power supply system heated by box type industrial resistance furnace and reduce the voltage fluctuation of electric furnace and the maximum drop value of load voltage,a voltage stabilizing method of multi flow traction power supply system heated by box type industrial resistance furnace is proposed.A large number of DC voltages are operated in parallel to guide them to the traction load for power supply.On this basis,the stability of DC voltage is maintained,the current loop is suppressed through droop,and the voltage compensation is introduced into the traditional droop control to prevent the voltage drop of the resistance furnace;Using the special"energy storage"characteristics of modular multi-level matrix converter FFTs,a DC circuit model of FFTs is established,and the DC voltage fluctuation is suppressed through the DC voltage fluctuation suppression principle,so as to realize the stable operation of multi current traction power supply system.The experimental results show that this method can effectively reduce the unstable state of combustion voltage of industrial electric furnace and improve the power supply performance of power supply system;Reduce the system voltage fluctuation and the maximum drop value of load voltage.
