长三角地区经济高质量发展的水平测度与影响因素研究

On the Level Measurement,Factors of High-Quality Economic Development in Yangtze River Delta Region

“十四五”期间实现长三角地区经济高质量发展是推动长三角经济一体化的必然要求。基于“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念构建长三角“三省一市”经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,利用熵权TOPSIS法测算进而采用固定效应模型挖掘影响经济高质量发展的因素。研究结果发现,长三角地区经济高质量发展水平差异较大、不平衡性突出、制约因素不同,但创新是推动长三角地区经济高质量发展的重要影响因素,据此提出了推动长三角地区经济更高质量一体化发展的政策建议。

During the 14th Five-year Plan period,the realization of high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region is an inevitable requirement to promote the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta.Based on new development idea of"innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing","three provinces and one city"economic development of high-quality comprehensive evaluation index system will be built,and use the method of entropy and TOPSIS to calculate and then by using the fixed effects model mine core factors affecting the economic development of high-quality.The research results show that the level of high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta varies greatly,the imbalance is prominent,and the restrictive factors are different.However,innovation is an important factor to promote the high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the higher quality integrated economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.
