模拟仿真在现代加工技术课程中的应用

摘要 现代加工技术涉及众多加工理论及方法,课程教学线下实践不足,探索模拟仿真实践途径。介绍了现代加工技术教学存在的困难。探讨了模拟仿真在现代加工技术课程教学中可以发挥的作用:丰富实践内容、辅助教学、培养学生创新能力。通过课程内容重构、虚拟仿真演示、学生模拟仿真实践、分阶引导、创新挑战、过程考核评价等,发挥模拟仿真实践的辅助教学作用。为机械专业加工类课程线下实践难的问题探明了一条可行的解决途径。 Modern processing technology involves a lot of processing theories and methods.Since the offline practice of curriculum teaching is insufficient,this paper provides an approach of simulation practice.The difficulties in teaching modern processing technology are introduced.The role of simulation practice in the teaching of modern processing technology includes enriching practical content,assisting teaching and cultivating students’innovation ability.Through course content reconstruction,virtual simulation demonstration,student simulation practice,hierarchical guidance,innovation challenge,process assessment and evaluation,simulation practice plays an auxiliary role in teaching.It proved a feasible way to solve the difficult problem in the practice of processing course of mechanical specialty.
