虚拟现实训练系统联合平衡训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体和平衡功能及生活能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实训练系统联合平衡训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体和平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京康复医院2021-10—2022-10治疗的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者采取平衡训练,观察组患者采取虚拟现实训练系统+平衡训练。比较2组患者干预前后肢体功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力和不良心理情绪。结果干预4周后,观察组上肢、下肢及简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)总评分和日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分明显较同期对照组高,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显较同期对照组低,60 s及10 s轨迹面积明显较同期对照组小,60 s及10 s摆动距离明显较同期对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者应用虚拟现实训练系统联合平衡训练,可改善患者肢体及平衡功能,提高日常生活能力,减轻不良心理情绪。 Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality training system combined with balance training on limb function,daily living ability and balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Totally 120 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical Uni⁃versity from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group.The control group applied balance training for inter⁃vention,while the observation group applied virtual reality training system and balance training for intervention.Limb function,balance function,daily living ability and adverse psychological emotion were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the total score of upper limb,lower limb and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)and ADL score of the observation group were sig⁃nificantly higher than those of the control group at the same period,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same period,the track area of 60 s and 10 s was significantly smaller than those of the control group at the same period,and the swing distance of 60 s and 10 s was significantly shorter than those of the control group at the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of virtual reality training system and balance training in stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve their limb and balance func⁃tions,enhance daily living abilities,and alleviate negative psychological emotions.
