基于镜像治疗的上肢力反馈运动控制训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能及平衡功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究基于镜像治疗的上肢力反馈运动控制训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能及平衡功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2019-12—2020-12徐州市中心医院治疗的116例脑卒中患者的临床资料,A组64例患者采取基于镜像视觉反馈疗法(MVF)的上肢力控制训练,B组52例患者给予常规的康复训练,采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)评价患者的上肢肌张力及上肢运动功能;采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评价患者平衡功能;采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评价患者日常生活能力。对比2组患者治疗前后各项评分。结果治疗后2组患者患侧臂旋前肌群与臂肘屈肌群的MAS评分均下降,且A组低于B组,FMA-UE评分上升,且A组高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者Fugl-Meyer平衡、BBS评分均上升,且A组高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组MBI评分均上升,且A组高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于MVF的上肢力控制训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能改善情况理想,能够有效提高其平衡功能并提升其生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of upper limb force feedback motor control training based on mirror therapy on upper limb function and balance function of stroke patients.Methods The clinical data of 116 stroke patients treated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Sixty-four patients in group A received upper limb force control training based on mirror visual feedback(MVF)therapy,and 52 patients in group B received routine rehabilitation training.The modified Ashworth scale(MAS)and Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremities(FMA-UE)were used to evaluate the upper limb muscle tone and motor function of the patients.Berg balance scale(BBS)and Fugl-Meyer balance scale were used to evaluate patients’balance function.The modified Barthel index(MBI)was used to evaluate the patients’daily living ability.The scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MAS scores of the pronator muscles and elbow flexor muscles of the affected side of the two groups decreased,and the A group was lower than the B group,the FMA-UE score increased,and the A group was higher than the B group,P<0.05.After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer balance and BBS scale scores of the two groups increased,and group A was higher than group B,P<0.05.After treatment,the MBI scores of both groups increased and group A was higher than group B,P<0.05.Conclusion MVF-based upper limb force control training is ideal for improving the upper limb function of stroke patients,and can effectively improve their balance function and improve their quality of life.
