国家独立工矿区抗震性能调查与分析——以狮子山国家独立工矿区为例

摘要 独立工矿区长期高强度、大规模开采,多数独立工矿区出现了资源衰竭,因开采引发的地质灾害频发、生态破坏、基础设施和居民住房损坏严重,潜在的地震及地震次生灾害风险较大。以狮子山国家独立工矿区为研究对象,对区域开展了详细调查,发现区内地震地质灾害多发且严重、建筑物抗震性能较差、生命线工程质量不高、居民防灾意识淡薄等问题。就发现的问题提出开展地震安全普查、房屋加固等对策建议,为做好独立工矿区抗震设防以及减灾备灾等工作提供科学参考。 Independent industrial and mining areas have experienced long-term high intensity and large-scale mining,and most of them have experienced resource depletion.Due to frequent geological disasters,ecological damage,and severe damage to infrastructure and residential housing caused by mining,there is a high risk of potential earthquakes and post-earthquake disasters.Taking the Lion Mountain National Independent Industrial and Mining Area as the research object,a detailed investigation was conducted in the area,and it was found that there are many and severe seismic geological disasters,poor seismic performance of buildings,low quality of lifeline engineering,and weak disaster prevention awareness among residents in the area.Propose countermeasures and suggestions for conducting earthquake safety surveys and building reinforcement based on the identified problems,providing scientific references for seismic fortification and disaster reduction and preparedness work in independent industrial and mining areas.
