生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算研究——以郑州市为例 被引量:2

摘要 生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算可以量化评估区域生态环境发展现状,还可以为生态环境的可持续发展规划提供参考与借鉴。以郑州市为研究对象,运用替代成本法、市场价值法、保育价值法、影子工程法和旅游费用法等方法,对郑州市生态系统的物质产品、调节服务、文化服务3大类16小项服务功能进行价值核算。结果表明:2020年,郑州市GEP总值为4879.205亿元,单位面积GEP为6552.79万元/km^(2),物质产品、调节服务和文化服务价值量分别为272.5509亿元、3205.5541亿元和1401.1亿元,所占比例分别为5%、66%和29%,调节服务价值量最大;就3项服务功能单位面积价值量来看,物质产品、调节服务和文化服务分别为361.04万元/km^(2)、4305.07万元/km^(2)和1881.68万元/km^(2)。物质产品中,以农业产品、畜牧业产品和水资源为主,3项产品总价值259.917亿元,占物质产品价值量的95.36%。调节服务中以气候调节、水质净化和水源涵养功能为主,3项服务总价值量3063.149亿元,占调节服务功能价值量的95.56%。文化服务价值以全年旅游的总收入为依据,价值量为1401.1亿元。就不同的生态系统来看,价值量湿地>林地>农田>城镇,价值量分别为2586.4402亿元、1675.5757亿元、342.9646亿元和119.0512亿元,占比分别为53.01%、34.34%、7.03%和5.62%。 Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)accounting can quantitatively evaluate the current situation of regional ecological environment development,and can also provide reference for the sustainable development planning of the ecological environment.This paper takes Zhengzhou as the research object,and uses the research methods of substitution cost method,market value method,conservation value method,shadow engineering method and tourism cost method to calculate the value of 16 service functions in three categories of material products,regulatory services and cultural services of Zhengzhou ecosystem.The results showed that the total value of GEP in Zhengzhou in 2020 was 487.925 billion,and the value of material products,regulatory services and cultural services were 27.255 billion,320.55541 billion and 140.11 billion,accounting for 5%,66%and 29%respectively.The value of regulation services was the largest;in terms of 16 service functions,the value of climate regulation was the largest,accounting for 44.46%;in terms of different ecosystems,the value of wetlands>forest land>farmland>cities and towns,accounting for 53.01%,34.34%,7.03%and 5.62%respectively.
