摘要
以豫北地区某行政村生活污水为研究对象,针对村镇生活污水治理“污泥产量大、常规生化处理达标难、设施运行效果差、碳氮比低”的痛点,研究开发出生活污水处理一体化装置,创新性采用“厌氧—缺氧—沉淀—好氧”生化处理与硫自养脱氮滤池相结合的主体工艺。工程实践运行结果表明:采用该工艺处理生活污水污泥产生量减少约45%~60%,且脱氮过程中无需投加碳源,出水水质可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A排放标准。特别地,该工程设计融入乡村生态驿站,不仅对打造生态宜居的乡村环境有重要意义,还为其他地区村镇生活污水治理提供了理论参考和路径遵循。
Selecting the domestic sewage of an administrative village in the north of Henan Province as research object,aiming at the pain points of domestic sewage treatment in villages and towns,such as“large sludge output,difficulty in reaching the standard of conventional biochemical treatment,poor operation effect of facilities,and low carbon/nitrogen ratio”,the domestic sewage integration device was developed,which innovatively adopted the main process of“anaerobic-anoxic-sedimentation-aerobic”biochemical treatment combined with sulfur autotrophic denitrification filter.The results of engineering practice showed that the production of sludge from domestic sewage treatment by this process was reduced by 45%~60%,and no carbon source was required during denitrification.The effluent quality can stably reach the Class A discharge standard of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918—2002).Specially,the rural ecological post station was integrated into the design of the project,which not only had great significance to create an ecological and livable rural environment,but also provided theoretical reference and path guidance for the treatment of domestic sewage in villages and towns in other regions.
