茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射在新生儿黄疸中的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸患儿心肌酶谱、免疫功能及黄疸指数的影响,并评估其用药安全性。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年12月期间本院收治的120例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予蓝光照射的治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用茵栀黄口服液,持续治疗5天。比较两组治疗的一般情况及治疗前后新生儿黄疸患儿心肌酶谱指标[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平及黄疸指数,观察并记录两组治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗5天后,观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(81.67%,P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组黄疸指数均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CK、CK-MB、α-HBDH、LDH水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组各指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率(25.00%)高于对照组(23.33%),但两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸具有较好的临床疗效,可显著改善患儿心肌酶谱水平,提高患儿的免疫功能。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation in neonatal jaundice by assessing myocardial enzyme profile,immune function and jaundice index.Methods:A total of 120 patients with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital during January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with both Yinzhihuang oral liquid and blue light irradiation for 5 days.The general conditions of the two groups were compared.Myocardial enzymes indexes[creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)],T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and jaundice index were compared before and after treatment for both groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups was evaluated and recorded.Results:At 5 days post-treatment,the total response rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(81.67%,P<0.05).The time to jaundice resolution and hospitalization length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Jaundice index was decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with lower value in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CK,CK-MB,α-HBDH and LDH in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),with lower levels in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),with higher values in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(25.00%)was higher than that in the control group(23.33%)without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation has favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can significantly improve the levels of myocardial enzymes and improve the immune function of children.
