基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗缺血性中风的用药规律分析

Research on Medication Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Ischemic Stroke Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨中医药治疗缺血性中风的用药规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以《中国药典》(2020版一部)收载的109种治疗缺血性中风的中成药为研究对象,采用Excel表格建立数据库并进行频次分析。根据频次分析归纳核心药物,运用SPSS Modeler 18.1和SPSS 22.0软件进行药物关联规则分析,并对数据进行挖掘分析。结果:《中国药典》(2020版一部)收载的治疗缺血性中风的中成药剂型主要以胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂为主;频次≥10次的中药有22味,由高到低排序为川芎、丹参、当归、天麻、红花、赤芍、冰片、黄芪、三七、葛根、地龙等;功效分类以活血化瘀药、补虚药和平肝息风药居多;药性以温、寒、平为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以肝、心、脾为主;关联规则分析得到冰片-朱砂、当归-桃仁-红花、川芎-红花-赤芍、冰片-朱砂-牛黄和冰片-朱砂-麝香等核心药对。结论:通过对《中国药典》(2020版一部)收载的治疗缺血性中风的中成药进行挖掘分析得出,中医药治疗缺血性中风以活血化瘀药为主,辅以平肝息风药和补虚药。将缺血性中风的组方用药规律以数据的形式展示出来,可为临床治疗缺血性中风组方用药提供思路。

Objective:To explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke,and to provide reference for clinical rational medication.Methods:A total of 109 Chinese patent medicines for ischemic stroke included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume I,2020 Edition)were used for the study,Excel was used to establish a database and analyze the frequency.The core drugs were summarized based on frequency analysis,drug association rule analysis was performed using SPSS Modeler 18.1 and SPSS 22.0 software,and the data were mined for analysis.Results:The dosage forms of Chinese patent medicines for ischemic stroke included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume I,2020 Edition)were mainly capsules,tablets and pills;there were 22 kinds of Chinese medicines with frequencies≥10 times,which were ranked from high to low as Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Carthami Flos,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Borneol,Astragali Radix,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Puerariae Lobatae Radix and Pheretima;According to the classification of efficacy,the drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the drugs for tonifying deficiency and drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind were the main ones;The properties were mainly warm,cold and mild;The tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;The meridians were mainly liver meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian;Association rule analysis obtained Borneol-Cinnabaris,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Persicae Semen-Carthami Flos,Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Carthami Flos-Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Borneol-Cinnabaria-Bovis Calculus and Borneol-Cinnabaria-Moschus and other core medicinal pairs.Conclusion:Through the mining analysis of the Chinese patent medicines for ischemic stroke collected in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume I,2020 Edition),it is concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke is mainly composed of drugs for activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,supplemented by the drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind and drugs for tonifying deficiency.The medication rules of prescription for ischemic stroke is presented in the form of data,which can provide ideas for the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke.
