宣肺蠲痹方治疗胸痹心痛临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Xuanfei Juanbi Decoction in the Treatment of Chest Stuffiness and Pain

目的:探究宣肺蠲痹方治疗痰浊闭阻型胸痹心痛的临床疗效。方法:选取某院60例痰浊阻闭型胸痹心痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组按照西医常规治疗稳定型心绞痛的方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用宣肺蠲痹方,疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗后的中医证候疗效、心电图疗效、治疗前后的西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分及中医证候评分。结果:治疗后,观察组在中医证候疗效及心电图疗效的总有效率上均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SAQ评分及中医证候评分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺蠲痹方联合常规西药治疗痰浊闭阻型胸痹心痛的临床疗效较佳,应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Juanbi decoction in the treatment of chest obstruction and heartache with blockade of phlegm-turbidity.Method:60 patients with chest obstruction and heartache with blockade of phlegm-turbidity were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine for the stable angina pectoris,and the patients in the treatment group were given Xuanfei Juanbi decoction in addition to the treatment given in the control group.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.The efficacy was compared between two groups through post-treatment traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and electrocardiographic(ECG)efficacy,pre-and post-treatment Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores and TCM syndrome scores.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate in terms of TCM syndromes and ECG efficacy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAQ scores and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment,and were superior in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Juanbi decoction in combination with western medicines has a favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of chest obstruction and heartache with blockade of phlegm-turbidity,and merits promotion.
