摘要
能源行业正处于发展重要战略机遇期,为主动融入新形势,努力开创世界一流的能源智库和国际咨询公司的崭新局面,笔者所在公司先后开展多项质量提升专项工作。文章介绍公司开展的建设质量管理体系、加强质量风险防控和监督检查、创新开展能力建设、提高核心业务质量竞争水平、推进顾客满意度调查、提升品牌价值等方面的工作,对全面质量管理实践工作进行了总结和展望。
The energy industry is on an important period of strategic opportunities for development.To actively integrates into the new situation,and puts forward the strategic goal of becoming a “world-class energy think-tank and international consulting company”.The author's company has carried out a number of special efforts to improve quality.This paper summarizes and prospects the practice of total quality management in company,such as:the establishment of quality management system,the prevention of quality risk,the supervision and inspection of quality risk management,capacity building,the improvement of core business quality,the implementation of customer satisfaction survey,and the improvement of brand value.
