摘要
核电汽轮机焊接转子在运行期间处于高温工质中,并高速旋转。转子焊接接头的质量与性能是非常重要的,目前,针对转子焊缝采用常规超声和磁粉检测,现场操作流程繁琐、检测灵敏度和效果无法满足要求。文章介绍了联合研制的汽轮机转子焊缝自动检测系统。该自动化检测系统包含清洁机器人、检测机器人,可以对转子焊缝进行表面清洁、目视宏观检查、阵列涡流检测、相控阵超声检测,实现转子焊缝及热影响区的全覆盖检测。相比于常规检测,采用阵列涡流及超声相控阵的效率大幅度提高,缺陷定性和定量分析准确更高。该系统已服务多个机组,发现多处缺陷,提高了转子焊缝检测质量,对保证核电汽轮机安全稳定运行意义较大。
The welding rotor of a nuclear power turbine is exposed to high temperature working fluid during operation and rotates at high speed.The quality and performance of the rotor welding joint are undoubtedly very important.Currently,conventional ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing are used for rotor welds,which results in cumbersome on-site operation procedures and inadequate detection sensitivity and effectiveness.The article introduces the jointly developed automatic welding seam detection system for steam turbine rotors.The automatic inspection system includes cleaning robot and inspection robot,which can carry out surface cleaning,visual macro inspection,array eddy current inspection,phased array ultrasonic inspection on rotor welds,and achieve full coverage inspection of rotor welds and heat-affected zone.Compared to conventional testing,the efficiency of using array eddy current and ultrasonic phased array is greatly improved,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of defects is more accurate.The system has served multiple units and found multiple defects,improving the quality of rotor weld inspection and having significant implications for ensuring the safe and stable operation of nuclear power turbines.
