南天竹叶中黄酮含量的测定

Determination of Flavonoid Content in the Leaves of Nadina domestica

通过单因素实验和正交实验,对黔东南州南天竹阴干叶子中黄酮含量进行了测定,得出了优化提取工艺为料液比1∶40、超声时间60 min、浸泡时间120 min、提取温度54℃.实验结果显示南天竹阴干叶子中的黄酮含量为1.506%,RSD为0.002%(n=3).对精密度实验和加标回收实验数据分析后发现该方法具有测定精度高、误差小、准确度高等优点,可用于南天竹阴干叶子中黄酮含量的分析.

The flavonoids content in dry leaves of Nadina domestica Thunb in southeast Guizhou was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and the optimum extraction process was obtained as follows:material-liquid ratio of 1∶40,ultrasonic time of 60 min,soaking time of 120 min,and extraction temperature of 54℃.The results showed that the flavonoid content within the dried leaves of N.domestica was 1.506%with an associate RSD of 0.002%(n=3).Analysis of precision ex⁃periment and recovery experiment data.This method has the advantages of high precision,small error,and high accuracy.It can be used to analyze the content of flavonoids in the dried leaves of N.domestica.
