摘要
为了解地理环境因子对不同种源红豆树Ormosia hosiei的影响及其响应和适应特征,以引种在安徽省黄山市祁门县渣湾采育场红豆树2年生幼苗为研究对象,对9个种源红豆树的叶片功能性状、化学计量指标、种源地环境因子进行综合分析.结果显示:9个地理种源红豆树叶功能性状种源间变异系数为6.88%—32.02%,化学计量种源间变异系数为2.90%—30.84%,叶片碳含量(LC)变异系数最小(3.20%),且种源间差异不显著,说明C元素是红豆树叶片最稳定的元素.9个地理种源红豆树叶形指数(LI)、干物质量(LD⁃MC)、叶片氮(N)、磷(P)及化学计量比差异显著;红豆树生长受到引种地磷(P)元素的限制;种源地的经度、年平均降水和年平均温度等环境因子对其叶功能性状和化学计量具有显著影响,表明红豆树幼苗对地理环境变化具有局部适应.本引种区较适合引种浙江龙泉和四川雅安两个种源地的红豆树.
The relationship between leaf functional traits,carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus stoichiometry,and environmental factors of 2-year-old Ormosia hosiei seedlings from 9 different geographical prov⁃enances and sown in a production field in Qimen County,Huangshan City,Anhui Province,was ana⁃lyzed to reveal the influence of geographical environmental factors on different provenances of the O.ho⁃siei and their response and adaptation characteristics.The results showed that the coefficient of varia⁃tion of functional traits was 6.88%-32.02%,and the coefficient of stoichiometric variation was 2.90%-30.84%.The coefficient of variation of carbon content in leaves(3.20%)was relatively small,and the difference between provenances was not significant,indicating that C is the most stable element in O.hosiei.There were significant differences in leaf shape index(LI),leaf dry matter content(LD⁃MC),leaf nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and stoichiometric ratios of O.hosiei from different prove⁃nances.The growth of O.hosiei is limited by the introduced phosphorus(P)elements.Environmental factors such as longitude,annual average precipitation and annual mean temperature significantly affect the leaf functional traits,and stoichiometry,indicating that the seedlings are locally adapted to the geographical environment.This introduction area is suitable for the introduction of O.hosiei trees in two provenance:Longquan in Zhejiang and Ya’an in Sichuan.
