乡村振兴战略背景下地方节日的功能转型与保护传承——以云南玉溪米线节为例

Functional Transformation and Preservation of Local Festivals in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy-a case study of Yuxi Rice Noodle Festival

作为节期最长的流动性地方节日,云南玉溪米线节数百年来在其土主信仰祭祀圈地域空间贮存着润泽民生的历史记忆,发挥着保境安民的社会功能。在乡村振兴战略背景下玉溪米线节由传统民俗一跃而为文化资源,正在经历通过促进地域社会治理、发展地方文旅产业而助推乡村振兴的功能转型。针对米线节土主信仰式微,民间自组织面临解体的现状,应切实转变文化观、遗产观,组建跨学科研究团队联合攻关,以全息数字化记录、民俗文化公共实践等方式,加强米线节主体协作式传承和整体性动态保护。

As the longest flowing local festival,Yuxi Rice Noodle Festival has stored the historical memory of nourishing the people's livelihood in the regional space of its local TuZhu worship circle for hundreds of years,and played the social function of protecting the environment and its people.Under the background of Rural Revitalization,the Yuxi Rice Noodle Festival has changed from a traditional folklore to a cultural resource.It is experiencing a functional transformation that promotes rural revitalization by furthering regional social governance and developing local cultural and tourism industries.In response to the current situation that Tuzhu religion and folk self-organization is facing disintegration,the cultural and heritage views should be effectively changed,and an interdisciplinary research team should be formed to jointly research,by means of holographic digital recording and public practice of folk culture,to collaboratively inherit and holistically protect the rice noodle festival.
