摘要
为得到低环体残留的低黏度甲基硅油,以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,考察了不同催化剂对反应结果的影响。结果表明,三氟甲磺酸催化剂催化起始温度低、用量少,但反应转化率偏低;树脂催化剂Amberlyst 15WET催化起始温度偏高,用量较多,但反应转化率偏高;树脂催化剂HND-580具有最佳催化性能,并且用其合成的运动黏度10 mm2/s甲基硅油中D4、D5的质量分数低于0.1%,适合作为日化产品中原料。
In order to obtain low viscosity methyl silicone oil with low ring residue,the effects of different catalysts on the reaction results were investigated using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4)and hexamethyldisiloxane(MM)as raw materials.The results showed that the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid catalyst had low catalytic initial temperature and low dosage,but the reaction conversion rate was low.The initial temperature of resin catalyst Amberlyst 15WET was higher,and the amount was more,but the reaction conversion rate was higher.The resin catalyst HND-580 has the best catalytic performance,and the mass fraction of D4 and D5 in the methyl silicone oil with a kinematic viscosity of 10 mm2/s is less than 0.1%,which is suitable for use as a raw material in daily chemical products.
