中、法低标号硬质沥青及其混合料性能对比研究

摘要 为了评价自主研发低标号硬质沥青及相应高模量沥青混合料性能,验证其在道路工程中应用的可行性,选用法国10-20硬质沥青(EME2高模量沥青混合料常用胶结料),对中、法两种低标号硬质沥青的性能分析评价,并参照EME2设计方法,对基于两种沥青的高模量沥青混合料路用、力学性能评价。研究结果表明:中、法两种沥青的性能指标均满足高模量沥青混合料所用胶结料技术指标要求,且两种沥青对应的混合料性能也均满足高模量沥青混合料规范要求;两种沥青及相应混合料的性能表现略有差异;在工程应用中,可以根据工程实际进行基于国产低标号硬质沥青的高模量沥青混合料设计。 In order to evaluate the performance of self-developed low-grade hard asphalt and corresponding high modulus asphalt mixture,and verify the feasibility of its application in road engineering.In this paper,the French 10-20 hard asphalt(the commonly used binder for EME2 high-modulus asphalt mixture)was selected to analyze and evaluate the performance of two low-grade hard asphalt from China and French.Based on the EME2 design method,the pavement and mechanical properties of high modulus asphalt mixture based on two kinds of asphalt were evaluated.The results showed that the performance indexes of both China and French asphalt meet the technical requirements of the binder used in the high modulus asphalt mixture,and the performance of the mixtures corresponding to the two asphalt also meets the requirements of the high modulus asphalt mixture specification.However,there were slight differences in the performance of the two types of asphalt and their corresponding mixtures.In engineering application,the design of high modulus asphalt mixture based on domestic low-grade hard asphalt can be carried out according to the engineering practice.
