沥青旋转薄膜加热试验影响因素研究

摘要 石油沥青的老化是指在各种外在环境的一系列作用下,发生“不可逆”的物理化学变化,导致沥青性能发生变化。沥青旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)是沥青短期老化试验之一,主要用于测定石油沥青旋转薄膜加热后的质量损失,并以旋转薄膜加热后残留物的针入度、脆点和延度等性质的变化来评价沥青的抗老化性。研究各试验因素对旋转薄膜加热试验结果的影响,对准确评价石油沥青抗老化性具有一定的指导意义。 The aging of petroleum asphalt refers to the occurrence of"irreversible"physical and chemical changes under a series of actions of various external environments,resulting in changes in asphalt properties.Asphalt rotating film heating test(RTFOT)is one of the short-term aging tests of asphalt,which is mainly used to determine the mass loss of petroleum asphalt rotating film after heating,and evaluate the aging resistance of asphalt by the changes of the penetration degree,brittle point and ductility of the residue after the rotating film heating.The influence of various test factors on the heating test results of rotating film was studied,which has certain guiding significance for the accurate evaluation of the aging resistance of petroleum asphalt.
