摘要
为研究自主研发的ZLP增强剂对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,分别以不同掺量ZLP增强剂制备SBS改性沥青,通过基本指标试验、老化试验及PG分级等试验评价ZLP增强剂对改性沥青的性能影响。结果表明:ZLP增强剂可有效提升改性沥青的软化点和60℃动力黏度及针入度指数,提升沥青的高温性能,降低温度敏感性,但会降低沥青针入度、5℃延度;动态剪切流变试验表明ZLP增强剂对改性沥青的抗剪切变形能力有所提升,综合试验结果考虑,推荐ZLP增强剂的应用掺量在1.5%~2.5%之间。
In order to study the influence of the ZLP enhancer on the performance of SBS modified asphalt,the SBS modified asphalt was prepared with different amounts of ZLP enhancers,and the influence of ZLP enhancer on the modified asphalt was evaluated through the basic index experiment,aging test and PG classification.The results showed that ZLP enhancer can effectively improve the softening point,60℃motion viscosity and needle penetration index of modified asphalt,improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,reduce the high temperature sensitivity,but reduce the penetration and 5℃ductility.The dynamic shear rheological experiment showed that ZLP enhancer improves the shear resistance and deformation ability of the modified asphalt.Based on the comprehensive test results,it was recommended that the application dosage of ZLP reinforcing agent be between 1.5%and 2.5%.
