高校创新创业教育现状与发展路径优化研究

Status Analysis and Development Path Optimization of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

创新创业教育已成为我国高等教育改革和建设创新型国家的重要举措。然而,当前我国创新创业教育存在教学体系尚未健全、专业结合不紧密、师资力量不足、文化氛围不浓、评价体系不合理等问题。在总结国外创新创业教育经验的基础上,结合我国高校自身特色和优势,从教育理念、教学体系、政策扶持、组织保障、文化氛围以及评价机制等方面,提出创新创业教育具体优化路径和措施,培养创新型人才,促使其良性发展。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important measure of China's higher education reform and innovative country construction.The innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities presents the existing problems such as imperfect teaching system,loose professional contact,insufficient faculty,poor cultural atmosphere,and unreasonable evaluation system.Combined with the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education abroad and the characteristics and advantages of colleges and universities at home,the specific optimization path and measures of innovation and entrepreneurship education are put forward to improve the quality of talent training from the aspect of educational concept,teaching system,policy support,organizational guarantee,cultural atmosphere and evaluation mechanism,which is beneficial to promoting its benign development.
