摘要
以甲醇制烯烃项目为基础,采用流程模拟软件对烯烃分离过程进行了模拟及优化。选择SRK状态方程作为热力学方法,利用Lee-Kesler方程对液相密度进行了修正,结果表明模拟值与设计值符合性较好,证明建立模型的准确性。分别对脱丙烷塔、脱甲烷塔及乙烯精馏塔操作参数对能耗、烯烃损失等因素的影响进行分析及优化,确定较优工艺条件。经优化,烯烃分离过程综合能耗下降10.3%,取得较好的节能效果。
Based on the project of methanol to olefins(MTO),the olefin separation process was simulated and optimized by using process simulation software.SRK state equation was selected as thermodynamic method,the liquid density was corrected using Lee-Kesler equation.The results showed that the calculated values were in good consistent with the design values,the reliability of model was verified.The influence of the operating parameters of the depropaniser,demethanizer and ethylene rectifier on the energy consumption,olefin loss and other factors were analysised and optimized,and the optimal process conditions were determined.The total energy consumption was decreased by 10.3%through process optimizing,and a good energy-saving effect was achieved.
